The Role: Attorney
In the thick of high-stakes litigation and impactful client relationships, attorneys at Minc Law serve as the linchpin of the legal services we deliver. From consultation to case closure, your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the digital lives and livelihoods of our clients. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and marketing specialists.
Responsibilities
- Engage in impactful client consultations, including emergency consults, to diagnose legal issues and develop tailored action plans, converting potential clients into satisfied customers.
- Actively represent clients in court, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in trials. Drive the litigation strategy for complex online defamation, harassment, and digital privacy cases.
- Utilize your expertise to file lawsuits, secure court-ordered injunctions, and employ other legal remedies to resolve digital reputation crises for our clients.
- Represent client to remove false and damaging content from various platforms, websites, and digital mediums.
- Lead efforts to identify anonymous internet users engaging in online defamation or harassment by filing appropriate motions and working with technical experts.
- Provide regular updates through carefully drafted letters and emails, informing clients of case statuses, upcoming milestones, and any changes in strategy.
- Accurately record billable hours, review time entries, and approve invoices. Maintain a keen eye for efficiency and value in relation to client billing.
- Ensure client files are meticulously organized, complete with all legal documentation, evidence, and up-to-date contact information for all involved parties.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and regular check-ins for continued growth.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in any U.S. State
- 5-15 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong communication skills (face-to-face, phone, and video)
- Tech-savvy
- Outstanding legal research and writing skills
- A keen eye for detail

Minc Law, the nation’s leading online defamation and privacy law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Legal Accounting Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role will be responsible for managing our financial transactions and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable, requiring minimal training to integrate into our systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for the COO and CEO.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support the billing process and handle routine billing inquiries
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Ensure accuracy in all financial entries and records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and collections, preferably within a legal setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $30 to $40, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Client Intake Specialist Responsibilities
- Speak and interact with potential new clients by answering incoming and outgoing calls and electronic communications.
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload.
- Manage new client sales and onboarding in Firm CRM and practice management systems.
- Work with marketing to create online articles and videos to help bring in new cases.
- Perform other miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed to assist our paralegal team with legal and administrative assignments to ensure operational efficiency.
Legal Intake Specialist Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and being open to change and feedback.
- Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to embrace challenges and handle feedback calmly and effectively even in high-stress situations.
- CRM and case management software experience, a plus, particularly with Hubspot.
- Familiarity with social media, Blogs, Reddit, a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus
