If so, Minc Law is excited to offer an opportunity for a Videographer Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This unique role combines the creativity and technical skills of videography with the strategic management of our social media presence. We are seeking a multi-talented professional who is eager to communicate our mission and story to the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality video content that meets our firm’s standards and developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our social media following and brand awareness. Position Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across major platforms.
• Design, script, and create engaging video content for the firm’s social media accounts and website.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct video shoots to ensure smooth and efficient video production.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring high-quality footage that meets the firm’s standards.
• Edit video footage to ensure proper post-production, including titles, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Manage budget for video-related expenses, including equipment purchases, film stock, and post-production services.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in videography, video production, and social media management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Videographer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software.
• Experience with major social media platforms and management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Competitive compensation package (DOE). Salary Range: $42,500 – $70,000

About Minc Law:
The attorneys at Minc Law serve as the linchpin of the critical legal services we deliver. From initial consultation to case closure, our attorneys directly communicate with, advise, and advocate for their clients, both in and outside of the courtroom. Each attorney manages their own roster of clients with the assistance, as necessary, of other team members within our collegial work environment.
Not every issue presented by Minc Law’s clients requires litigation. Our attorneys are often retained for other purposes due to our distinctive experience, such as cyber investigation, legal consultation, ADR, digital monitoring, cyber security, and online brand protection services. The individual team members are empowered with the ability and freedom to engage in creative problem-solving of client issues, the path for which is commonly not already established by decades of judicial precedent.
Job Responsibilities
· Directly handle consultations for qualified potential clients, including emergency consultations, to diagnose legal issues and develop strategic action plans to achieve desired results.
· Investigate factual scenarios and explore potential avenues for relief.
· Advocate for clients’ rights directly to social media platforms, online platforms, and other digital mediums.
· File and pursue claims for relief through judicial process, from case filing and through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal as necessary.
· Utilize the legal process to unmask anonymous and pseudonymous online actors whose actions have injured the client.
· Secure injunctive relief and other legal remedies to effectively resolve ongoing online issues.
· Provide regular written updates, informing clients of case status and any changes in strategy.
· Maintain a keen eye for efficiency and value in relation to client billing.
· Attend and contribute to attorney team and firm-wise meetings for continued practice growth.
Qualifications
· Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
· Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience (strongly preferred).
· Strong communication skills.
· Tech-savvy.
· Outstanding legal research and writing skills.
· A keen eye for detail.
· A strong passion for the law and zealous advocacy of clients.
