Minc Law Celebrates 5 Years

We are proud to announce that Minc Law officially reached its 5-year anniversary! Since founding the firm in 2018, we have experienced tremendous growth, expanding from a team of two attorneys and one paralegal subleasing small office space, to now employing over 17 team members and having a 5000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art designed office space at the award-winning mixed-use development Pinecrest, and representing thousands of clients experiencing internet defamation, online harassment, and other internet-related issues.

We are humbled by the opportunity to serve our clients and thankful for their trust in us. We remain committed to providing the highest quality legal representation and customer service, and we look forward to continuing to serve the community for many years to come.

According to the latest data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly 1 in 5 U.S. businesses fail within the first year. Unfortunately, that number jumps to 45% after five years. The fact is, many businesses do not make it to their five-year mark.

Making it to your five-year anniversary as a firm is a significant accomplishment, especially during the tumultuous economic environment we experienced due to the pandemic and other events. This milestone is a testament to our dedication and hard work, and we could not have done it without the support of our team and clients.

Over the years, we have grown from a small firm of 3 employees to employing more than 17 within various departments. We have also proudly served over 2,500 clients.

We would like to thank our team members, and we have also adopted a business model to express our gratitude year-round. This past year, we launched a profit-sharing plan that is virtually unheard of in the legal field. With our groundbreaking plan and bonus structure, we reward all of our team members, staff and attorneys alike, for their contributions. We also provide our team members with firm funded 401(k) contributions, vision/dental coverage, and payment of half of their healthcare premiums on excellent low deductible plans.

For our clients and the general public, we have recently launched a TikTok that has already received several million views. Our website, where we provide comprehensive legal resources and information on internet defamation, and other related laws, has hit 1 million users a year. And our informative YouTube channel has gained over 1,000 subscribers and 150,000 views.

In other words, we have come a long way in five years!

What We Are Especially Proud Of

We are most proud of the number of clients we have been able to help and serve over the years. We have also been fortunate enough to not only survive the economic struggles associated with the pandemic but thrive and expand. We attribute our expansion over the past several years to our flexibility and resilience as a team.

In addition to expanding our team, we have also added to our service offerings. As the problem of internet defamation continues to evolve, we innovate to meet our client’s needs. One innovative addition to our services we are especially proud of is our Digital Risk Protection (DRP) service. DRP is a unique risk protection and monitoring service that helps individuals and companies identify, monitor, and eliminate and mitigate digital threats to their reputations.

We currently have over 220 monthly subscribers, indicating that the service is desperately needed in today’s online environment. It is particularly helpful for those who have experienced reputational damage caused by online defamation or extortion.

With all that we have accomplished over the past five years, we are optimistic for the future. Our goals include building and fostering an inclusive work culture for our employees, as we know it contributes to our ability to serve our clients better.

What Our Next 5 Years Will Look Like

We have big plans for the next five years! Our mission is to protect at least 15,000 reputations by 2035 – and we plan on doing so by staying true to our core values of compassion, results, professionalism, and loyalty.
