Chief Operating Officer

As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer since its inception, Anna has been involved in conceptualizing and building every process at Minc Law. She is an integral member of the Minc Law team, wearing multiple hats throughout the day. She is responsible for managing the firm’s long-term planning objectives as well as implementing day-to-day administration and operations like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR/Compliance, and firm IT. Anna leads the firm’s budgeting and financials on a monthly and annual basis as well as addresses client billing inquiries. Both the team at Minc Law and the firm’s clients depend on her adept ability to resolve any firm-related issue that may arise.

Anna establishes and implements business processes to maximize the firm’s operations, documents policies and procedures for efficient and consistent processes, advises team members on financial implications, ensures the firm’s staff and attorneys have the best tools available to support clients’ goals, and identifies ways to improve operational efficiencies while maintaining the superior client services Minc Law is known for providing.

Another skill Anna brings to the table is that she is proficient in Russian. When not in the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
