Cecilia Payne
Client Intake Specialist
As Minc Law’s client intake specialist, Cecilia is the first point of contact for prospective clients starting their journey to tackle their internet defamation or online privacy issue head on.
From answering phone calls to responding to incoming leads, she listens to each prospective client’s unique situation, asks exploratory questions to better understand the essential details and evidence of each persons case. Cecilia assesses what resources and legal options are most appropriate for the each client, and whether Minc Law’s services are good fit for resolving that person’s issue.
Cecilia is excellent at providing guidance and options for what best next steps should be, whether it is with the firm or not, providing information about relevant options and resources if Minc Law is not a good fit for someone. Throughout the intake process, Cecilia is empathetic, informative, and provides reassuring and necessary encouragement and support for individuals facing highly stressful and private issues.
In addition to acting as a primary point of contact for potential clients, Cecilia assists the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, and marketing team with tasks when help is needed.
Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her cat, baking, and running. She hopes to run a marathon one day!
