Minc Law Continues to Expand With Addition of Three Attorneys

Cleveland, OH, November 22, 2021 – Internet defamation law firm Minc Law is proud to announce the addition of attorneys Christina Williams, Michael Pelagalli, and Caroline Ford.

Christina is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney with a proven track record of winning cases for her clients at the trial court and appellate levels as well as at the Ohio Supreme Court. She has represented individuals, major insurance companies, and other large corporations throughout her career. As a result of successfully handling these cases, Christina is intimately familiar with the most effective tactics and strategies needed to win a case efficiently and effectively. She works tirelessly to restore the good name of her clients by pairing her well-honed legal skills with the firm’s digital resources and investigative techniques.

Michael represents large corporations, executives, medical professionals, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of defamation and internet privacy-related matters. His proven track record of success in and out of the courtroom is demonstrated by the numerous favorable jury trial verdicts, six-figure settlements for his clients, and successful petitions for injunctive or other equitable relief he’s achieved. As lead counsel, Michael tackles all aspects of the litigation, trial, and appeals processes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. From removing defamatory content throughout the Internet to establishing the monetary damages resulting from online defamation in courts across the country, Michael combines his deep litigation and jury trial experience to achieve tailored solutions for his clients’ uniquely individual problems.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Caroline worked as a law clerk at Minc Law for two years while attending law school and is well-versed in the intricacies of the intersection of defamation law and the media. Working alongside the attorneys, she has successfully obtained a wide variety of removals for her clients, including removal of revenge porn postings, fake Google business reviews, and defamatory videos and posts published on blogs and social media platforms, including YouTube and Twitter. She has also successfully identified anonymous posters who go to great lengths to hide their identities in an attempt to avoid being sued for defamatory statements published about her clients and has assisted in obtaining judgments in favor of her clients.

“We are thrilled to have Michael, Christina, and Caroline join our team,” said Aaron Minc, Founder & Principal of Minc Law. “Each of them brings the professionalism, empathy, and results-driven mindset that are part of the firm’s core values, which guide everything we do. The firm and our clients will benefit from their backgrounds and experience.”

Christina earned her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, magna cum laude, and her bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Michael earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Miami University. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
