Ms. Horsey has a strong background in litigation and communications law. Her interest in technology and additional training in software engineering have equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of internet defamation, digital privacy, and cybersecurity effectively. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, securing the permanent removal of defamatory content, identifying anonymous users, and protecting clients against various forms of online harassment and privacy violations.

Dorrian received her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing cum laude from Hampton University.
