With over 12 years of experience as a paralegal, Melanie is an invaluable asset to the Minc Law team. She plays a pivotal role in assisting attorneys with managing their cases from start to finish. Her responsibilities include managing the attorneys’ calendars, providing case updates to clients, finalizing and formatting legal documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism, preserving evidence for case files, preparing and filing documents with the court, and maintaining organized client files. Always ready to lend a hand, Melanie goes above and beyond to support the firm’s operations wherever needed.
In addition to her paralegal duties, Melanie contributes to the firm’s blog and YouTube page, creating content that educates potential clients about internet defamation and the unique work of Minc Law.
Outside the office, Melanie cherishes time with three daughters, her husband, and two beloved dogs. An avid reader, she sets a personal goal to read over 50 novels each year. Whether delving into the latest legal trends or a gripping new book, Melanie approaches everything with dedication and enthusiasm.
