McKenzie Price
Client Intake Specialist
McKenzie Price understands that reaching out for help with online issues can be a daunting first step for many. As a Client Intake Specialist at Minc Law, she combines her background in criminal justice and psychology with a natural empathy to create a supportive and understanding environment for clients from their very first interaction with the firm.
Drawing from her experience in victim advocacy, McKenzie excels at handling sensitive situations with both care and professionalism. She recognizes that each client’s story is unique and deserves to be heard. This client-centered approach allows her to gather crucial information efficiently while ensuring that clients feel validated and supported during what can often be a stressful time.
McKenzie’s academic foundation in criminal justice, coupled with her certification in homeland security studies, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of legal processes and security concerns. This knowledge proves particularly valuable when assisting clients navigating the complex intersections of online defamation, privacy, and personal security.
As a certified facilitator for the ACT parenting program, McKenzie has honed her communication skills, allowing her to explain complex legal concepts in an accessible manner. She takes pride in helping clients understand their options and guiding them towards the most appropriate solutions for their unique situations.
McKenzie’s dedication to helping others extends beyond her role at Minc Law. Her experience working with a domestic violence victim advocacy nonprofit organization has instilled in her a deep understanding of the emotional toll that personal attacks – whether online or offline – can take on individuals. This background makes her particularly attuned to the needs of clients facing online harassment or defamation.
Outside of work, McKenzie maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying pickleball, weightlifting, and running. She’s an avid reader with a particular fondness for crime and psychological thriller novels.
