Deeply committed to her community, Horsey regularly visits Northeast Ohio high schools to speak with students about digital citizenship and online safety, and delivers presentations to community stakeholders and legal professionals on topics ranging from digital risk and cyber threats to reasonable cybersecurity standards.

Horsey earned her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, cum laude, from Hampton University.
