Minc Law has recently become aware of fraudulent cease-and-desist and demand letters that have been issued by individuals falsely claiming to represent our firm. These letters were not sent by Minc Law attorneys or staff.

If you have received a demand letter that appears to come from Minc Law, please take the following steps immediately:

• Verify the sender: Check that the letter is signed by one of our actual attorneys listed on our official Minc Law website.
• Contact our office: Call or fill out a contact form on our website to confirm whether the letter is authentic.
• Do not respond to fraudulent demands: If the letter is not verified as legitimate, please disregard its instructions and notify us.
