Beyond his legal practice, Rossow contributed to Ohio’s cybersecurity policies through the CyberOhio Initiative alongside (now) Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, and collaborated on Grace’s Law in Maryland alongside former state senator Bobby Zirkin to combat bullying.

He also, by private invitation of The White House, welcomed Air Force One at Wright Patterson Air Force Base following the 2019 Oregon District mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio.

Education & Global Advocacy

Andrew also serves as a part-time adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law (2L/3L) and a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin on digital hygiene.

#CYBERBYTE®

In 2017, he launched #CYBERBYTE®, a digital culture movement that promotes anti-bullying legislation and social justice in cyberspace by reintegrating Hollywood talent into the public forum.

As a frequent media commentator and investigative journalist, Rossow exposed former Fox News anchor Ed Henry in 2020 through an investigative report.

Andrew lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and three cats. He enjoys line sketching, hiking national parks, and always on the look-out for his next addition to his vinyl collection. He is an alumnus of The University of Dayton School of Law (2015), Semester At Sea (2011), University of Virginia (2011), Hofstra University (2012).
